What dad looks like when he flies

As a kid it was always fun to ride your bike really fast and then take your hands off the handle bars and coast for as long as your could. To me it felt like I was flying.

When I saw this comic from the Far Side I thought it was pretty ironic that a pilot would hold out his arms to make it feel like he's flying, while he's actually in the cockpit flying.

You know dad's going to do this the next time he's out over the Atlantic.

It's a bird; it's a plane; it's... a tall, skinny, small headed superhero!

It's kind of funny how we will walk around in public with our kids as they're wearing a dress-up costume, and it will seem completely normal to do this.  And of course it's not Halloween, this is everyday attire.
