Maybe this is only a problem with me and my luck, but it happened a lot last year. I know there are more of you out there that have been affected by this. So join me in my frustration.
Anyway, I like to buy 2-ply toilet paper. It's softer, more comfortable, a lot more durable, and c'mon, it's just plain easier to work with.
Here's the problem. 2-ply means that there are two layers of TP. One on the top, and one on the bottom. Each square has little dotted marks to rip off from the roll. Each layer needs to line up with the layer above it. When the layers don't line up, things get all skewompus. And that's what drives me nuts!~ You go to rip off a piece, and you get one full layer from the bottom, but the top layer is halfway ripped off past the bottom, so it's not lined up. Which means instead of 2-ply it's more like 1-1/2.
Much of the time the problem will fix itself halfway through the roll, but that's still a lot of pain and anguish to suffer through.
Life is all about the little things, and to me, this is a big little thing.
If you want to know more about skewompus, learn about it from the People of Wal-mart by clicking HERE. Be warned, these people have made it onto the internet because of their outrageous clothing or lack thereof.
